Fana Mokoena (born 13 May 1971) is a South African actor. He is best known for his portrayal of Rwandan general Augustin Bizimungu in the 2004 film ''Hotel Rwanda''.〔http://www.sundayworld.co.za/lifestyle/2013/07/07/upclose-with-fana-mokoena-brad-pitt-s-co-star〕 He has also played in a number of theatre pieces, his most recent being Nongogo directed by James Ngcobo. In 2013, Mokoena portrayed UN Deputy Secretary-General Thierry Umutoni in ''World War Z'' and Govan Mbeki in ''Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom''.
